The NextGen Marketing Operating System

One operating system. Your industry’s own model running on it.

A horizontal marketing OS — CRM, campaigns, email and SMS, journeys, analytics — with a first-class data model for your industry activated on top, and Paro AI working across both. Customers arrive running four to six tools and leave running one.

The 3-layer stack

Marketing OS. Vertical Data Model. Paro Intelligence.

HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo give you Layer 1 only — a horizontal CRM you push vertical concepts into as “custom objects”. We start from the same chassis, then activate a first-class Vertical Data Model on top of it. Paro is the third layer, and it is the one people miss: it runs across the OS and inside each vertical, because it reads the same tables both layers do.

Layer 1

Marketing OS

CRM, campaigns, email and SMS, journeys, landing pages, forms, scheduling, analytics. Underneath: one identity model, one permission model, one audit trail, three data regions. Every vertical inherits all of it rather than rebuilding it.

Parity with HubSpot and Marketo on the chassis. The point is what sits on it.
Our moat
Layer 2

Vertical Data Model (VDM)

Real tables, not relabelled contacts. Real Estate ships listings, showings, showing feedback, MLS sync and agent teams. Healthcare ships patients, providers, appointments, recall protocols, consent records and insurance authorisations. Campaigns, scheduling and reporting understand them natively — because they are the same objects, not a mapping layer.

Two suites are production-ready today. Three are in beta, eight are on the roadmap — all on the same OS.
Layer 3

Paro Intelligence

Paro works in both directions. Horizontally — write a campaign, summarise a quarter, score a list, draft a reply — on any account. Vertically — draft a recall protocol, match a buyer to a listing, flag an authorisation about to lapse — inside whichever suite is active. Same engine, reading the same tables.

Runs on your own provider key. We charge for software; you pay your AI vendor directly. There is no platform key to leak and no metered surprise.
Paro Intelligence

Let the platform run your campaigns.

Set a goal — "re-engage lapsed buyers in the last 90 days." Paro picks the audience, drafts the campaign in your brand voice, generates subject-line variants, A/B-tests them, monitors results, and reports back. You approve, or you don't — Paro never sends without permission.

  • ✓Brand-voice DNA trained on your past campaigns
  • ✓A/B winners auto-promoted mid-flight
  • ✓Compliance + tone guardrails before send

How it is built

Numbers from the architecture, not the brochure.

Every figure here is a property of the system you can ask us to demonstrate. We removed the ones that were not.

3
Separate regional databases — US, EU, Asia. No query crosses between them.
179
Data models enforced per brand, beneath the query rather than inside it
15
Access policies over role × level, resolved as a union of what you hold
0
Platform AI keys. You bring your own, so there is nothing to meter or leak.
MRI Engine

Score every contact. Across four dimensions. In real time.

The Marketing Readiness Index evaluates Engagement, Intent, Affinity, and Lifetime Value for every contact — auto-tuned to your data, recalculated within seconds of every signal. Use it to segment, automate, and prioritize.

  • ✓Auto-tuned to your actual conversion outcomes
  • ✓Real-time updates, not nightly batch
  • ✓Full explainability — see what drove each score

Vertical Data Models

Built for your industry — and honest about which ones are finished.

Real Estate and Healthcare are production suites with their own objects, screens and Paro surfaces. Three more are in beta. The rest run on the full marketing OS today while their industry layer is built — so the platform is useful on day one either way. You will find the same breakdown in the architecture documents we send buyers.

In their words

Fewer tools. Smaller bill. Less to maintain.

Three customers, named, on what changed. The third thing they each mentioned unprompted was the one nobody puts in a budget: the work of keeping separate systems agreeing with each other.

“We were paying for five things that did not talk to each other — a booking tool, a reminder service, a mailing list, a review chaser, and a spreadsheet holding it together. Recalls now run off the protocol instead of somebody remembering. It is one bill, and it is less than what we were spending.”

“I review vendors for a living, so I went looking for the seams — where the data actually sits, who can reach it, what happens when someone leaves. It held up. On the property side it replaced four subscriptions, and I stopped maintaining the glue between them. That glue was the real cost.”

“Six tools, six logins, and every one of them needed a workaround to know what a listing was. Here a listing is a listing — the campaigns, the showings, and the follow-up all read the same record. I got back the evening a week I used to spend copying things between systems.”
